Are you currently hiring?

Where can I send my CV?
Email your CV and a short cover note to careers@techholddev.com. Mention the type of role you're interested in and a brief summary of your experience. We review every application personally.
How long does it take to hear back?
If there's an active role that matches your skills, you'll typically hear from us within two weeks. If there's no current role but we want to keep you on file, we'll let you know that too — so you're not left guessing.
Do you offer internships or attachments?
Yes — when possible. We typically host interns from Kenyan universities on attachment, especially in SEO, content, design, and development. Reach out with your CV and university requirements to be considered for the next intake.
Do you hire remote or international candidates?
Our team is based in Nairobi, but we work hybrid and consider exceptional candidates from other parts of Kenya. For senior roles, we occasionally consider international candidates, but our preference is local talent for team cohesion.
Do you accept applications from recruiters or agencies?
No. We only accept direct applications from candidates. Recruiter submissions are not accepted unless there's a signed agreement in place with our team.
